Bill Parrott is the founder and owner of Parrott Wealth Management.
Bill started his investment career in May of 1989 with the investment firm of Spelman & Company in San Diego.
In January 1990, Bill joined Dean Witter Reynolds in Pasadena, California. During his career as a Financial Advisor with Dean Witter (and later Morgan Stanley),

In January 1990, Bill joined Dean Witter Reynolds in Pasadena, California. During his career as a Financial Advisor with Dean Witter (and later Morgan Stanley), he worked in California, Connecticut, and Texas.
In 1999, Bill became the Branch Manager for Morgan Stanley in New Haven, Connecticut.
In 2003, he moved to Austin to manage offices in Austin, College Station, and Temple.
In 2006, Bill was hired as a Co-Branch Manager and Financial Consultant for A.G. Edwards & Sons in Austin.
In 2008, Bill joined Charles Schwab as a Financial Consultant in the Executive Services Division.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego (USD) in 1988. While at USD, he was an active member of the varsity football team and the Sigma Chi fraternity.
Bill and his wife, Tonya, have been married for 31 years and have one daughter, Hannah.
In 2003, Bill obtained the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Bill enjoys reading, walking, cycling, hiking, and fly fishing.
In 2011, Bill ran and finished the Boston Marathon.

Spencer Engelke, CFP® - Director of Financial Planning
Spencer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech, where he majored in Business Management and minored in Political Science.
He recently received his Master of Divinity from the George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University.
He obtained his Certified Financial Planner designation in August 2023.
Spencer joins us from Austin C
Spencer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Tech, where he majored in Business Management and minored in Political Science.
He recently received his Master of Divinity from the George W. Truett Theological Seminary at Baylor University.
He obtained his Certified Financial Planner designation in August 2023.
Spencer joins us from Austin Christian Fellowship, where he was the Local Missions Leader. While at ACF, he managed twenty-six nonprofit relationships and worked as the Youth Pastor.
Spencer has worked in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. He spent a semester in Washington, D.C., where he interned for the Ways and Means Committee Chairman. He also interned at GECIO.
He enjoys traveling, reading, playing sports, volunteering, and watching movies.
Spencer traveled to Kenya in July 2021.
Spencer and his wife, Paige, have been married for two years.

Janet was born and raised in Southern California.
She began her investment career in 1988 at Shearson Lehman in Glendale, California.
In January of 1990, Janet moved to Dean Witter Reynolds (later Morgan Stanley) in Pasadena as an assistant.
Throughout her career, Janet has been an operations manager, administrative manager, and Regional

In 2011, Janet left the investment industry to focus on volunteering before joining Parrott Wealth Management in 2017 as the firm’s Client Relationship Manager.
Janet has been a longtime volunteer with various agencies.
Janet has coached multiple sports with Special Olympics in California and Washington for more than seventeen years.
Since 2009, Janet has been a member of the Tournament of Roses Association in Pasadena as a "white suiter" actively participating in coordinating and producing the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game.
In her spare time, Janet enjoys reading and volunteering.
Janet lives in Pasadena, California.
